2011 Jingle Jam Sign-up
Who: All members of Monday Rec., Thursday Rec., Friday Rec., Advanced Club, Elite Club, and Ultimate Club
When: Saturday, Dec. 10, 2011, 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Where: Calvary Church (5300 France Avenue South • Edina, MN 55410) Cafeteria & Gym (enter main doors facing south; party is in the two large areas downstairs)
What:
• Potluck dinner, desserts & snacks
• Active games in the Gym: Juggling, Combat, Dodge Ball, Lightning
• Bingo for prizes!
• Catch Phrase, board games, and Video games (but individual Jugheads must bring systems & monitors)
• Conversation, laughter, friendship & memories. It’s our mid-year all-company get-together!
Cost: $12 (rental & paper products), plus a side dish/main dish/salad or dessert to share. Guideline: If your last name starts with A-M, please bring a main dish/side dish/salad. If your last name starts with N-Z, please bring a dessert. Please indicate below what food you will bring. (If you are one of our 10 Club Assistants or 4 Student Volunteers, please each bring 10 liters or 2 gallons of pop, juice, and/or tea.
Needed: 12 or more parents needed for two-hour shifts to help supervise the various areas and share in the fun. Please contact Wendy if you are able to help chaperone. (612.229.3348 or jugheads@comcast.net)
